Jamestown Hunger Buster — Restaurant in Jamestown

This place has significantly went downhill in the past 8 years. They need to do some updates with their pic nice tables 1st off..they are less than satisfactory for sitting there safely without having to worry about them falling apart. Second off they need to hire staff that actually have a clue on how to make stuff and use ingredients that are fresh. My family just came from there in our way home from fishing. My 1 boy and me got a milkshake that was basically the consistency of milk with very little toppings mixed in. My wife had a flurry that was less than desirable as well...the only person thay was satisfied with their choice was my other boy who had a regular hard ice-cream on a cake cone...pretty tough to screw that up.. we had bad experiences a handful of years prior and figured we'd give them a shot because there wasn't any other mom and pop shops on the way home. I would typically like to take care of the local businesses but when the businesses don't care about their quality and customers its really tough to wanna keep going back...we have no desire and will not be returning there...

I used to really enjoy coming here but I think over time it's gone downhill a lot. Last time we went there ice cream machine wasn't working and rather than just letting us know that from the beginning they served us vanilla ice cream with no flavoring and then later cheesecake ice cream that was basically almost liquid already because it wasn't solidifying enough in the machine. The staff didn't really seem to know what was going on and everything we ordered suffered. We also got fries and cheese sticks the fries were so overdone that they were hard and crispy and then the cheese sticks were somehow not melty despite it all apparently being fresh from the fryer. It seems that over the last few years this place has fallen into a state...

Way over priced we got 2 med shakes pizza burger (ONLY),fried veggies and 4 chicken tenders w/fries the total was over $32.00 my husband asked for ranch for veggies they were out did not offer anything else his pizza burger was just a burger and a drop of some kind of red sauce could have been even ketchup for all we know then they thought they gave us all of our order realizing that they gave away our shakes and he had a remake them but nobody was remaking them We had a reminder that we still were waiting on our shakes We did finally get them but the area it's overgrown with weeds the tables or hazardous plastic is broken someone...
