The Entertainer — Local services in Jefferson City

We love "The Entertainer", your staff is Amazing! The Entertainer has been helping us with our Audio, Video for 30+ years and are always the first ones we call. They are all very polite, kind, very very knowledgeable, and Always Very responsive when calling them for help. Robert came out a few weeks ago to discuss tv's and gave us great advice. On Friday, we switched from Mediacom to Socket and using YouTube TV. The Socket Rep came out to install their line, and modem, but I was very concerned with the way he was doing it, and where he was bringing it into our home. He also did not have good answers for me when asking him about connecting our ADT, and phones. I immediately called Robert and asked him for help and advice, and he said he'd come over ASAP, which was Appreciated So Very much. He also thought ahead and brought a splitter box. He answered all the questions that the Socket Rep and I had. Robert had other committed appointments, so Steven Soldan called and came out to finish the install, and helped us SO much with getting our YouTube TV up and running on all of our 8 tv's. Since it has been a month since I sent my letter I think it is safe to assume that THE ENTERTAINER isn't about to respond to my comments so I think I will share my letter as follows: 5/2/14 Todd, Just to let you know at the start, your check is in the mail, but I wanted you to know that I was somewhat taken back when I opened my invoice from you. Particularly since yesterday when I found out that the problem I was having with the tripod, put up by your workers (my antenna kept spinning in the wind), was the result of an incorrect installation (the central shaft was upside down and several of the bolts had been stripped). It therefore appears to me that for my $515.43, I received a trial installation of an ineffective antenna, a poorly installed antenna tripod and two somewhat overpriced converter boxes (your price $69 each VS $34.29 each on Amazon Prime 2 day free delivery). Todd and his staff have always given Bob and me excellent and quality service when we lived in Jefferson City and have continued to service the systems in our motor home when we visit Jefferson City. Yesterday Nick put in a new tv in a very difficult space and did a cleanup on the jobs that had been done by others on the road. These are awesome people who are very knowledgable and friendly and it all comes with a fair price. We cannot say enough good things about Todd and his staff.
