Very Disappointed in their customer service.
This storage facility advertised a Promo for the first 2 months at 50% off ending 10/31/2025. I filled out the Application on line on 10/31/2025, whew! Made the deadline, or I thought. Part of the sign up asked me when I wanted to start. I chose November 1st, figuring it would be 50% off for November and December.
On 11/01/2025 I received an email stating. "Your bill due on 11/1/2025 in the amount of $$$$ is now ready. Please see the attached PDF. You are signed up for autopay. You will automatically be charged on 10/30/2025 via Discover *###" Not sure how I could be charged On 10/30/2025 when I didn't sign up until 10/31/2025, but ok, November is paid. The Pdf confirmed that it was paying for November. It was Dated 11/01/2025 and covered Rent from (11/1/2025 - 11/30/2025) and clearly said 50% OFF FIRST 2 MONTHS. My thought great!
Then on 11/03/2025 I received a text as a "Courtesy Reminder" that my bill was Past Due and to call them. But, According to the other email, I was on Auto Pay? What is happening? So I called to try and clear this up.
Instead of clearing it up...the woman I spoke with (not very nice) said that my first Promo month was October and my second Promo month was November. (I hadn't even moved anything in yet) She said because I signed on October 31st, that was my first month. What? I explained that I chose November 1st as my move in date because of the special 2 Month Promo, so it would be for November and December. She said No, because I filled out the application on 10/31/2025 that, that was my first month.
I again tried to explain that, because I chose November 1st, I hadn't moved anything in yet. She could care less and was not the least bit interested in being helpful nor cared when I said to go ahead and cancel my unit. I did that, because if this is what she is like now, what will happen when my belongings are in there and I have a problem? She made no attempt whatsoever to try and work with me. Like, "Oh let me see if I can do something" or "I'm so sorry about the confusion, I''ll see if there is anything we can do". Nope nothing ... I guess customer service isnt a priority. Personally I do not understand how a business can run like that. Isn't that false advertising? Not to mention the confusion with...
Read moreWhen I first came to this facility it seemed like a great place. I was WRONG! Liz, the owner, was incredibly nasty to us. She adamantly REFUSED to let us into the gate to our storage unit despite the fact that we were told we would have access to our unit 24 hours a day. She hung up the phone on me when I expressed to her that it was imperative I retrieve some of my personal items from the unit and absolutely would not answer her phone to speak with me again. I would never ever ever ever ever recommend this facility to anyone under any circumstances. The ONLY redeeming factor about the place is a very pleasant staff member named Leah who was always pleasant to speak with. Perhaps it isn't the facility itself but the person in charge of things. I hope that she never has to experience an emergency like the one we find ourselves in. We will be moving all of our belongings to a different storage facility Monday morning...
Read moreI highly recommend renting these units at this location. I was so overwhelmed when I was moving and the Manager Ashleigh was beyond wonderful! Not only was Ashleigh knowledgeable of the facilities but answered every concern or question I asked, and eased my mind and made my transition so much easier and kept my stress levels down. Ive been renting my unit for almost a year and haven’t had any problems, however if I have any questions which I always do , the response from management was immediate I again highly recommend renting these units, plus for me top in Security, Cleanliness and the Kindness and Customer Service from Management is Amazing!
