3 weeks before the start of a large patio project, we stopped at this business, selected a pallet of stepping stones and ordered 3 pallets of stacking stone to be delivered the week of June 12. We offered to pay for the stepping stones, in advance of delivery, but the owner assured us that was not necessary. On June 12, we were informed that the owner had permitted the pallet of stepping stones, and a pallet of the stacked stone, to be sold to another customer and he would not be able to supply the stepping stones. No apology was offered, he made minimal to no effort to provide another pallet of stepping stones, and we had to request a refund for the stepping stone on our credit card. His delivery crew is great, but we were deeply disappointed with the owner's professionalism. We stopped at the office to obtain receipts for our purchases, and the owner ended up looking in the trash can for our receipts.
