We had an easy time with purchasing items in store and the gentleman who helped us was pleasant(which is why I have 3 stars instead of one). However, there was a mix up with an entertainment center we ordered. Apparently, they don't have the one we put money down for in stock? Not sure how that works... Additionally, we were told that it would be in on their next shipment (last week's Friday) and it's now Tuesday. They only just gave us a call letting us know they ordered the wrong one. Under the impression that it was there by some miscommunication, my fiance made a 20 min drive to pick it up anyways because we made the decision that the one they accidentally ordered would work. No surprise! It wasn't there. Needless to say, this situation is frustrating and we won't be purchasing...
