This place has been in Jerome for a year, maybe 2. My family and I decided to try it out for the first time. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was slightly busy but not overwhelming. We got seated right away. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was fine. It was loud. You could hear everyones conversations going at the same time plus the music on top of it. It was cold outside, and the inside was just as cold. It was miserable to sit in there to eat. And then they opened the garage door, what the hell! We were all freezing. I felt bad for the people who were sitting next to that door. Our server was not very friendly. No eye contact or greeting. She kept looking around like she had so many other things to do that she couldn't or didn't want to take our order. She didn't take the time to explain anything on the menu or answer our questions if we asked about something. She was pushing us to order as quickly as possible. Drinks came out, and not long after, my 3 yr old knocked over her full-size cup of ice water. Water and ice all over the table and all over the floor. We couldn't find our server anywhere, so we had to get another employee to bring us towels to clean it up with. And not once did her or anyone even try or offer to help clean up. Then the appetizer came out, and the mozzarella sticks were so embarrassingly burnt. They never should have left the kitchen. One of us ordered a build your own burger and asked for a medium patty it came out very well done. Another one ordered the chicken sandwich with a grilled breast. It was a little on the dry side but still edible. The other order was the 208 club, and it probably was the best dish out of all three. The meat, the bread, and the sauce on it was so good. I didn't care for the fries, but the others liked them. Overall, for a place that has been in business for over a year, your cooks and your servers should know what food is acceptable to be served. And your employees should know how to treat customers. If you want your business to stay in business, you honestly should treat every customer with the utmost respect. It's our money keeping you going. I like to give newer places second chances, so in the future I may be back and hopefully it's...

My husband and I wanted to try this new place in Jerome. We first entered the place, and someone seated at the bar seated us. The menus were wrinkled paper. We ordered then had to order again, but the nice lady missed placed the order slip. We waited almost an hour for our food. When the food did come out, half of it was lukewarm, and the other half was cold. The broccoli cheddar soup was not even warm enough to melt the cheese placed on top. The cheese was not even melted on the chili burger we had. The wings we got, we just took them home to heat in our toaster oven, they were literally cold to the touch. The chili burger also did not say it came open-faced. The waitress we had looked like she was trying her best. But once I looked at the bill after we left, they charged us for 2 tall beers which made sense when the second beer my husband ordered came back as a tall and not a short as he originally ordered. Needless to say, unfortunately we won't be back. We assumed the owner who was seated at the bar and was the one who seated was acting like a fool at the bar. I understand there was a football game on but jumping out of your seat stomping on the floor is completely overboard. He was making so much noise I couldn't hear the waitress...

Took wife and son out to eat and we settled on the 208 wife had been there before with her mother and said it was good. We were seated at 620 pm on a Friday. It wasn’t super busy, maybe a handful of ta issues arise and things happen were full. Our waitress took our order shortly after that stating she was new. Fast forward to 745 and we still don’t have our food. We have been assured the kitchen had a hiccup but the boss was back there helping When our food finally came out, we were missing a burger. It had fallen on the floor, and they were remaking it. After burger finally arrived. We finally were able to eat. It was well after 8. After we finished our meal, we had to ask for our ticket and nothing has been said about our very late food and waitress only ever just kept apologizing never offered to make it right in any way. We do understand issues arise but we also believe customers should be...

The 208 is just the thing that little Jerome needs!! It is great food with a fantastic atmosphere! They have live music there is quite a bit, from local artists, and actually are really good. The $1 taco Tuesdays are a must. If you have not been to a music bingo night, you need too. It’s so much fun and a great way to get the community involved. Their indoor/outdoor seating makes it great for parties and events. This is a place you can come to grab lunch, grab a drink(or 4) after work, or bring your family for dinner. I have had nothing but great experiences there!! I went to a class reunion this summer in “the backyard” and everything was set up to T and the music was phenomenal. If you have not been in, you need to. There is so much detail in the decor, it really shows the pride in their hometown! The attention to detail with the naming of the menu items is top-tier.

After seeing so many raves about this place my husband and I decided to give it a try. We ordered the pickle "spears" as an appetizer. They came out extremely burnt and weren't even spears. Basically is was the thinest cut of pickle possible and all you could taste was burnt breading. And they charge $10 for this. Our steak came out first and was ordered medium rare but was cooked well done. The portion of mashed potatoes was tiny. The burger we ordered was completely over cooked as well and tasted awful. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never be back! Payed $50 for overcooked and overpriced garbage food. And our server never brought our child's drink or refilled our waters. Don't waste your time or money here, these guys give local restaurants a very bad name!

I'm not sure how to rate this place. I've been 5 times in the few years they've been open. My first experience was wretched! Second close to the same. The third my husband and I came in they tried to say we were in the weekend before and started a fight, so they tried to kick us out. Had to look at our licenses to confirm. The 4 time we came in the new manager would not stop talking to my husband, EVEN AFTER our food was brought to our table. He just hung out there, like it was the thing to do. This very last time was probably the best time. We went to bar side instead of the restaurant side. Maybe that's the difference. I have mixed feelings about this place honestly.. But I will say this last time was the best out of all of them!
