My experience with this company was extremely negative. • Parking: There are not enough truck parking spaces. I had to waste more than an hour just to find a place to park, which creates delays and dangerous situations on the road. • Staff behavior: The employee on duty was rude, unprofessional, and acted aggressively. When my trailer lock got stuck, I needed about 10–15 minutes to fix it with my tools. Instead of being patient or helpful, the worker kept yelling at me to stop and leave, which made the situation worse. • Safety issues: Such behavior creates stress and can lead to accidents. Truck drivers need support, not unnecessary pressure while dealing with equipment problems. Conclusion: I will never come back to this company, no matter the cost. If you value your time, safety, and respect — avoid this place. Authorities should also pay attention to how this company operates, since it creates risks on the road.

PARK FIRST and then walk to the shipping office by dock 5. Fast and friendly staff. Checked in as soon as they opened (8:30 am) for an 11 am appointment and was assigned a dock right away. Drop the trailer at the assigned dock and bobtail out, you will receive a call when they are done loading. Loading only took an hour. No restrooms or vending machines available to drivers. Side street parking is limited, you can probably fit 5 trucks if everyone parks like a normal person.

Truck drivers avoid this place unless you have steel nerves. No room for docking, no room for u-turns, backing from blind spot. Loading process takes about 4 hours. And the best part of my experience over there is load weight which is 41k on paperwork but on scale it’s about 70k. They tell me this is impossible, will see what they going to tell me when l get back and show them scale tickets.

Absolutely horrible experience with a middle aged man (with glasses & cap) that sits inside a (yard dog) transit truck all the way in the back of the yard. No manners whatsoever, started yelling from the get go without introducing himself and telling me to “Get Out” like he’s talking to his child. Could’ve simply asked to park outside as this is my first time at this location and wasn’t aware of their yard rules. We all have tempers but it’s the strong ones that controls their nasty temper or attitude. Ladies at the window are AWSOME, if management cares about their warehouse reputation, they need to put some sense into that man (yard dog) that controls yard traffic before someone else takes the matters into their own hands. I could’ve showed him my other side as well in return to his attitude but thank god I was raised the right way and was thought to respect elder people with dignity. This definitely be my first & last time doing...

One of the worst experiences to pick up a load. First, DO NOT pull in until you’re given a door. You have to wait on line if you can find a spot on the street. There is no one controlling traffic going in and out. I missed the sign and got stuck in the yard in between trucks and was not able to move. No room to make a U turn. One of their yard driver dropped a container partially blocking the exit than they have drivers just pulling in at the exit gate. You’d expect a busy yard with so much going on in such a tight place to have a better grip on things. I have to add that people that work in the front are rude and...
