I don't even know where to begin! I have dealt with this company for some time now, and their customer service and lack of care for their customer has become worse throughout the years! I am the dietary director for Cabrini nursing and I decided to give them a chance. I have for a while dealt with Chris Renna who is their key account manager, and trying to get a simple response from him is like trying to resuscitate a horse that was shot in the head! I signed the contract going on two months ago and almost daily I've been following up on the status, the last that I heard from him was a month ago where he said it should be good by the end of the week! In my previous job at Glen Island center it was the same thing, we needed a holding fridge and for three months did not get a response from Chris until I threatened to go with another company and CC'd my administrator, Bertram, then received a response. Today I have given up! I want my contract ripped up! I will never do business with this company again, they just lost a 300 bed facility deal and burned a bridge with me, moving forward any facility that I am associated with who has this company for their milk, I promise to break the contract for this lack of care!
No rebuttal will fix this! I have the emails to prove! Also, their customer service when calling is horrible, they will tell you that there is no supervisor, they send me to a number that's a voicemail and I never received a call...
Read moreOne of the trucks almost caused a head on accident, because they were trying to pass a car on a single lane road while the driver was on the phone. I called to speak with who is in charge of the drivers. They transferred me to Marco, who could not care less, at all, about who or what his drivers are doing. He let me know he doesn’t have time to watch his drivers, and I should just call the cops if I have a problem. Didn’t want the license plate or any truck details at all. Completely flabbergasted by the professionalism by Marco, I ended the call politely and called back, and hit the extension to HR, to see whom I could speak with, about the conversation I just had and how to resolve. So the person just put me on speaker so Marco could yet again tell me to call the cops if there’s a problem. They can’t put dash cams in vehicles because they drive into jails and military bases. As if they can’t take down the camera for the route inside of those facilities. I’m still completely astonished by the lack of empathy and unprofessionalism this...
Read moreI don’t work for this company I work for a different company that’s next to it, but everyone please be careful, mindful, and cautious of the drivers from this company. I almost got hit by one of them on my way to work and that driver was at a red light didn’t even care to stop, my father even told me a story of one of our workers getting hit by one of the drivers and our guy is now paralyzed. So my advice is to be mindful of the drivers because I see they lack to stop at a stop sign...
