Customer Representative interaction in the Shipping Department was Unprofessional with JBHunt Driver. Got there on time but was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to open the locked door for me. Here comes the Rep and says I told you to come in. I said no you didn't. I don't get assisted until someone comes out to me so we can act professional and take care of business. Then gives me a hard time and says I just got here. I said I've been here for 20 minutes. Just rediculous and Unprofessional! However, I was able to get my load when they finally let me into the...

May be before the place was not so good, but my experience for now is more than positive. In and out for less than 45 min... In fact, we were two trucks at the same time. The guy worked alone, aso for me, it was more than fast enough. Update: Unfortunately, my last visit here took about 3 hours...😏 In fact, the loading process took about 20 min, but I must wait... unknown why... I was the only truck on the door!? But, anyway, the place is good and the people that worked...

The back on the otherside of the building is tight. I damaged the bottom of my fairing on the rocks. I get tired of coming to places that aren't set up for trucks with the proper spacing. Its ridiculous. I shouldn't have to damage my equipment to pick up YOUR! freight. I hate coming to the jersey/NYC area and went against my better judgment coming here.
