First dump I’ve ever been to that doesn’t charge by weight. The guy at the front just looks at the load and say “uhmmm $186. My trailer is a 5 x 18 and was 1/4 full. So I asked. How much would it have been if the trailer was full. He said $416. I have taken this same trailer there a lot and have been charged a maximum of $190 for the thing completely full. The big thing here is it’s completely up to the person in the front. Ridiculous. It’s all judgement based and these guys have no idea what they are looking at. Plus it’s also the most money I’ve ever been charged at the dump even with my 7 x 24 ft trailer!! Y’all need to get a grip on the gouging and start weighing loads like you are supposed to!! There is no way yall are charging those roll offs and bigger trucks $1600 as they are more than 4 times bigger than any load I’ve ever brought in there. Until they fix this. And then you get to the top and you have to run over nail riddin trash to get where to dump. They suck at cleaning it up up there. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go...

Twice refused to take my trash. Property filling up with trash now. First time lid wasn’t ALL the way shut - not sure my lid has ever been all the way shut - rule too strict with only one pickup per week and container size not sufficiently sized. Second time used the paid for bag stickers - at request of their customer service I emptied my can into bags and used sticker I paid for - garbage man refused to take two of the bags saying they were too heavy. The rules they have instituted are too strict to efficiently get rid of our weekly garbage and then they failed to deliver a second garbage can that we requested so now the bags are smelling up the garage. We have tried to follow all rules and have been failed by our garbage company. Trash service shouldn’t be this difficult. Suggestions is to increase pickups to twice weekly or provide...

My company has dumped here for several years and spent close to $50,000. All the reviews are right, the service is terrible and the pricing is inconsistent. The website says that they close at 5 PM and when I just called the very annoyed gentleman told me that they close at 4:30 PM and when I told him what the website says he simply hung up.

They are by far the most expensive that we are found in Houston they will charge you whatever they feel like that day. If you’re clean cut and in a nice truck, your about to get kicked in...
