Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Jersey Village

DONT GO HERE!* Employee’s are rude. KATHY, has the worst customer service EVER, KATHY, is VERY RUDE, she has an BAD attitude, argumentative, very sarcastic, not friendly at all. I’ve been here three times to this location, located at · 7714 Fairbanks North Houston Rd , twice, and both experiences were the same, horrible service The first time was horrible and second time was a nightmare. My first time was in drive thru and second time in person, a woman who said her name was Kathy after I asked her, was very rude, very unprofessional, very argumentative with me while placing an order, she has a smart mouth when u just asking questions about the things your ordering, such as , does mayonnaise come on burger?. Her response was I told u that already , arguing bk and forth with me all in the drive thru. She is not friendly, she has a real NASTY attitude towards customers. Second time I went, I had a big order, I asked her for another bag to hold the additional items that were not in a big bag, because I couldn’t carry them all, and she told me “NO!, I already gave u one!” With an attitude. She clearly doesn’t like customers and hates her job. She couldn’t give me another bag, but yet she was eating restaurant food, on her cellphone and drinking restaurant soda that she had poured in a cup. That’s why it’s barely customers there at night, she’s everyone away. I will never go to this Jack in...

this place will never get better, it needs to be shut down already. I use to go all the time and had bad customer service every time since then I hadn’t gone to that location in years, even though it was the closest to me. Thankfully the new one on Fairbanks opened because that one is a 10/10. Regardless I tried this location out again after years bc I was driving through it and immediately will never be back. I ordered the munchie meal and the mozzarella stick was colddd the first bite, I immediately tell my husband go back. We get there and I tell the lady at the drive thru the mozzarella was not cooked all the way. She makes a very confused face and looks at me like I’m lying?? (I gave her the whole mozzarella stick back) she then gives me a new one. I bite it and everything seems good until I get to the middle it’s cold again. At that point I just told my husband to just leave it bc I wasn’t going to go back but we are making sure to never go to this location again. If things aren’t being cooked throughly that’s a health hazard. The one on Fairbanks always cooks them great, I’ve never had a issue...

So the first thing is that it's very very very loud inside. The cashiers are yelling at you because they can't hear. They are yelling at each other because it's loud back behind the counter. There is no noise dampening system. I've been there twice and both times my order was wrong. But they replaced and or fixed it promptly. It goes back to being loud. I ordered a sausage croissant not a supreme. But they gave me the supreme... When I took it back they replaced it. I ordered a sausage breakfast Jack, and received a basic Breakfast Jack. That was on the second time, and through the drive-thru. They're sticking their heads out the window at the drive-thru to hear you. It's new, it's loud!!! Show grace.
