Poor customer service. Went to purchase a bale spear after seeing an ad on craigslist for $575, he told me on the phone it was $599 but I could come to look at it. We drove an hour and a half to look at it anyways where the spear itself was marked $575 and he then proceeded to tell me I could have it for that price if I could find the ad (which he never told me on the phone). As I looked for the ad, the price had been changed in the hour and a half it took for us to drive up there. In conversation, he also mentioned that he doesn’t like selling bale spears anyway because the people are always tightwads. Very poor way to do business. We won’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend...
