I have been going here for years with no issues. They were always helpful. However today I stopped in to get a tire. I noticed they had a tire delivery so I waited in my car a few minutes before I went in. As I was walking up the young gentleman asked if I needed anything as he always does. To be interrupted by an older grey hair gentleman saying I needed to go inside they have a semi here....??? There was a guy in the tire side not doing anything. So Ok. So I talked to the lady inside she went out to ask if they had a tire I was looking for... this old man to got grouchy with her saying no & throwing up his arms. Saying no we don't. The lady looked confused at his aggressiveness and he kept going about I doubt we even have one. I stopped them there. For one I don't deserve disrespect. Neither did she!!! Told them I don't need there tire that bad and I'll take my business somewhere else if they cannot treat customers right. She apologized of course. I will NOT be back to that shop. I drove to independence where they helped me with a smile!! Wow. The old man is disrespectful to...

We had a tire self-destruct on the interstate recently on a trip from MN. EV with no spare, used the inflator to get to an exit ramp. Got a hold of Jason who had just replaced a set so he had a decent used tire in a size not very common. I needed a complete set so I didn't want a new tire. Jason came 5 miles, took the wheel off, went back and mounted and balanced a decent used tire, came back and installed the wheel and tire. Asked a very reasonable amount so we almost doubled it for appreciation of his outstanding service to someone in need of it. Nice to know there are people like Jason yet. ...

Called in the morning and by afternoon they had the tires I needed and installed them that same day. Nice small business that gets the job done and doesn't try to up sell like many big tire change companies. Plus, whenever possible, I prefer to shop locally rather than pour my money into a corporate entity. I have no problem recommending D&D to anyone in...
