Had to repair my subwoofer wiring from a previous speaker shop job and was truly surprised by how quickly they fixed my speakers. (within a matter of hours from first contact) First, the staff here are very friendly and easy to get along with. I called to explain my problem and they told me I could stop by the shop. Then, once they realized it would take some labor to fix my speakers, they told me to come back at X time that evening to squeeze me in and that they did. Second, they are able to find solutions. Repair was made to my speakers the same day I walked in for consultation as well as an additional fix (and explanation) instituted for another sound issue I had briefly complained about. (I had no idea they would fix this for me. it was a great surprise to learn!!) This is a great shop! I will definitely be back and suggesting Audio Underground to others!!

(Had Skar Subwoofers installed and Anthony did an amazing job! Super impressed and love my set up!!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who may ask!!!) I had posted this review the day I took my subs to be installed. They sounded great so I took my car back two weeks later and had two component sets installed. Immediately, I had to send back my subs to be replaced by the manufacturer. One had been blown and the other wasn’t working correctly. Since I had the component sets installed I’ve had issues with my door speakers not working and a scratching sound out of my subs. I took it to another shop to be looked at, turns out, my back door speakers are blown and not even screwed in. The scratching sound was from the built-in sub that I requested be unplugged and bypassed. Instead, the wired that sub into the two Skar 12’s I had put in and it blew the little built-in sub. The messed up significantly AND didn’t even finish their work. I HIGHLY recommend not giving Audio Underground your business. Audio Underground is the epitome of customer service. I bought a 2019 Sequioa with a navigation system that left little to be desired. After seeing glowing reviews about AU I called them. They installed a really nice system but it was just not the right one for my vehicle. They never questioned at all my unhappiness and made some adjustments. The adjustments still didn’t fix the issue. The system was too small for my vehicle, hard to see, and had a terrible glare. We all did some research and we agreed to try a bigger external system. This new system is perfect and I LOVE it! Elijah and Rick never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was a nagging complainer. They were always smiling and kind and agreed the smaller system was not right for my vehicle, despite having installed a gagillion with no issues in smaller vehicles.
