Cybertek Computer Solutions — Local services in Johnson City

I chose this business based upon the reviews, but turns out I did not have the same experience. My laptop keyboard replacement job took 8 weeks for the repair. Every time I would stop by it was a different excuse from cannot locate the right color keyboard, found the keyboard, but it has not come in (what's the tracking number? I'm not sure), and I am trying to find the time to repair the laptop for an 1 hr labor job. Sounds like to me maybe it is turn some jobs down until you catch up. But, I know the real reason push small jobs back for larger paying jobs. The owner's assistant told me a couple of times the more I call it slows the owner down when having to answer calls and he is going to start having customers pay for parts up front. I said no problem, I have no problem paying upfront of it if it will get my repair done quicker.

I really wish someone would have just said we are swamped you may want to take it somewhere else, instead of the quoted timeframe of 2 weeks.
