All I can say is "Meh. š¤·š¼āāļø" save your money and time and shop online or find a personal furniture broker. (they exist and are cheaper than this) You can tell the training is minimal, communications between sales, dispatch and the delivery company is a bit too lax, and there seems to be too many hoops/loopholes for the customer to be done right from point of sale to having something worked on/replaced. We bought a couch, were told it'd be 4-6 weeks when I came to purchase, then, after I paid half and came to pay the rest, they told me it was 6-8. OK. No communication as to when it came in aside from when I would call to check. We picked it up ourselves to avoid the $200 delivery fee. I was belittled and made very uncomfortable by the warehouse man with all the war piercings and the woman smoking a cigarette when I pulled up. He continued on being rude and belittling after my husband arrived. We got the couch home and the top was full of staples poking out that cut my hands while we were unloading and assembling. It wouldn't go together correctly. We did a service call and when Mr. Movers came, Mr. Juan told us our couch was "made out of square" and he'd send it up for replacement. We were contacted about 2 weeks later saying we got a credit for another couch and to come pick a new one. But that my piece of mind coverage wouldn't transfer. Excuse me? Sarah went to bat for me and got it handled after "Chris approved it". I'm sorry, but you literally sold me a defective couch... And I'm supposed to pay again? No, I will not and did not, thanks to Sarah on that one. The place is spread out too much like it's some kind of elite furniture complex. I don't need or want to have to talk a golf cart ride to look at a couch.... What do y'all do when there rain? I'm looking forward to the dining table my husband picked out when we went to replace the couch to come in so I can minimize interactions with this place in the future. Also, for anyone that bought the Piece of Mind and didn't use it, get your refund! And don't throw away those little cleaner bottles because it's FREE REFILLS FOR LIFE. And it should be for almost $400. š There are far too many employees milling about with nothing to do as well, so that shows a lack of business.
Edit: My dining table and chairs came in, but the bench on my invoice did not. Dillon put it off on Sarah as I guess she left, but said they'd let me know when they know something. š¤·š¼āāļø Update: I have been corrected by Chris. The cleaning kit you are forced to buy, to be able to get the Piece of Mind protection, was $499,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrittany has been amazing with every thing that I have wanted to look at and answering all my questionsā¦I love my furniture; however I am changing my previous 5 star review to 2 stars as the furniture is great but the after care once they have your $10,000 for furniture is terrible!
I paid to have my furniture delivered and set up my couch requires to be plugged directly in the wall or battery packs. I had purchased 2 E10 battery packs to go with my massive couch and just recently found out that not even a year into having them one of my battery packs completely died! When I was asked about th serial numbers and such from their claims department I realized they didnāt even supply me with battery packs from the current year that I bought the furniture but batteries that were already a year old on the shelf! Now I have to jump through hoops with the manufacturer; who by the way is only replacing one of the packs as a ācourtesyā but I have to pay taxes and shipping/ handling for it!
I am deeply disappointed with the customer care follow up with gamble homes and in the future will NOT be purchasing any further furnishings from them due to their lack of customer service and lack of quality control! Along with being strung along for weeks with a sales associate telling me she was going to discuss this with a district manager about why the batteries were already a year old prior to me receiving them and try to get them swapped out at the store! Which never happened; now being referred back to the manufacturer! I am beyond displeased! Will never recommend this store for any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so thankful for the wonderful experience my husband and I had at Gamble Home Furnishings yesterday. Kelly H. was INCREDIBLE with helping us find the perfect fabrics and design for our sectional, pillows, and rug. She helped us as though we were family and I can tell she truly loves what she does. She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I have anxiety with trying to decorate my home and choose the right colors and designs...but working with Kelly made everything so easy and even enjoyable. She took our preferences and helped us pull everything together so beautifully! I absolutely love what we chose and will definitely be working with her again in the future. I highly recommend Kelly H. for any and all design help! When my husband and I left the store we kept talking about how great of an experience we had and how well we were treated. Drew was so helpful and made us feel at ease. Zanuel and Michelle were also helpful with getting me started when I stopped by the store last week. Zanuel was so kind and showed me every sectional option available and Michelle was helpful with design questions and pointing me in the right direction. You guys really have a great team of employees! I highly recommend Gamble Home to anyone looking for quality furniture and the best experience from truly caring...
