I have had numerous vinyl projects completed by Staffords & everyone of one of them was done with an "Only Perfection" attitude. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is about as professional as it gets. Not only is the quality of their work first class but the turn around time is just as impressive. Many times I have dropped off a project at Staffords presuming it will be completed within a weeks time...just to find Jay Stafford calling me the next day telling me the project is complete & when im ready.. I can come pick it up. Of course this isnt the case with every project, because understandably a lot depends on his work load, but Jay Stafford always provides me with a very resonable & precise time frame for completion. This type of customer service is very rare in this day & age..so I greatly appreciate how Jay Stafford conducts his business. On top of all these previous stated attributes ... You will also find that the pricing for this great quality & customer service...is certainly more then fair as well. All in all.. I wouldnt take my vinyl projects to anyone else & if anybody out there is on the fence.. then look no further cause you cant go wrong with Stafford...

After purchasing Mulligan’s Gaming in Kingsport in August 2019, acquiring the Old Charles Building in downtown Johnson City in April 2020, we relocated the business in August 2020. I found Stafford Custom Graphics through a google search several months ago. Before we opened Escape Room Kingsport, we began dealing with Jay Stafford and his team at Stafford Custom Graphics. The entire team at Stafford has been extremely professional and easy to work with. Willingness to help score would be a 15/10. We were new to some of the ideas we had for the inside of the business covering large 9 ft tall windows with vinyl, however Jay and the entire team he has backing him were super helpful in showing us exactly what we needed. We have now used Stafford several times for everything from small PVC signs with textured laminate to large vinyl wall decals and Pylon shopping center signs. They do it all.
