I was rolling hay this fall, hay raked in windrow, everything going good and I blew a fitting on a hydraulic hose in the engine compartment of my Case/IH 75 c, shut everything down quickly, saw the problem and was able to fix the leak, BUT, the hydraulic fluid was all over the engines and belts, cleaned as best I could. Next morning I started my tractor to finish rolling hay with my New Holland 450 roll belt roller, by the way both tractor and roller were bought new from West Hills Tractor in Jonesboro, Tenn from super salesman and friend Chad Williams. When I started my tractor I knew something was wrong and shut it off immediately, raised the hood and both belts were in shreds from being soaked in hydraulic fluid, called West Hills Tractor and was told it could possibly be a week or more I explained hay down in field and was told by service department they would try to do the best they could to help, next day I got a call from service man Andy Davis and he said he was in the area and could come by if it was good with me, needless to say I was excited to get this fixed and get my hay up. Mr Davis was a real professional , cool and calm and in a short while had new belts on my tractor, I really appreciate the professional and courteous service I received from Mr Andy Davis and West Hills Tractor for getting me back in the hay field . This is the only time I've had to have a service man come out to the farm but I was really impressed by their quick and...

We came here on vacation from Norway (this was not our destination, we just stopped by) and we were given a fantastic tour, free t-shirts and caps and were honestly made to feel like friends, it was so nice! We even got to see the back area where they do repairs and the tractors they had waiting in line. It was awesome!
The only caveat was that we would wear the shirts they gave us in a picture outside our local New Holland dealer and send it to them, which was obviously a great trade. We all wore our shirts on the plane ride home, so we could stop on the way and that worked out great apart from how our plane got delayed three hours so that we missed our connection and it was starting to get dark but I doubt that was the shirts, it was just Delta..
But definitely seemed like good, honest, hardworking people, so even though we didn't buy any tractors (sadly) or get any fixed, I'm pretty sure I can still highly recommend these guys! (And they also do pick-up, if you can't deliver your tractor.)
[Thank you so so much, if you read this, guys, you absolutely made our trip, especially with the guided tour and the shirts, it was amazing! We'll definitely be talking about this for years and I'm not just saying that. We're still talking about the time we were allowed to look inside the repairs part of a old, tiny chainsaw store in Oregon and that was five years...
Read moreA few years ago I was looking for a larger tractor with a cab. After looking all over Western NC, East TN, and parts of Virginia, I found the tractor I was looking for at West Hills Tractor. Alex Hensley, one of the Sales Representatives, worked with me on trading in the tractor I had. They made this trade very painless and they treated you like family. Since then that trade,I have purchased a new bush hog and most recently another tractor. I have also purchased numerous parts for my other equipment. So far I have dead the pleasure of dealing with their service technician as they had to come and replace a sticky clutch cable under warranty, I have dealt with their parts, finance, and sales personnel. Each one of them makes you feel like family and has always been very professional. For me the service after the sale is more important than the actual sale. No matter who you are dealing with at West Hills tractor, you will be treated very professional. They treat you like family……..and for some people , they treat you better than your...
