I live out of state. Placed on online order with Elliott Floral in MP. Ordered the one on the left. They wired to this shop. I ordered a sympathy plant arrangement. They delivered an arrangement that looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Actually looked like a cheap fall knock off. I understand that they don’t always have what is showing online particularly at another florist. But if it’s that much of a difference the least they can do is pick up the phone and call and see if you’re OK with it first. So very disappointed.
