Unfortunately, our experience with Specialty Foods Distribution has been very disappointing. As a small business, reliability is everything, and that’s exactly what they lack. Deliveries are consistently delayed or missed altogether, with little to no notice. We’ve even had to close our restaurant for one day simply because our products never showed up.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. The excuses range from drivers being on vacation to vague scheduling issues, but there’s never a clear solution or effort to make things right. It feels like small businesses are simply not a priority to them.

Be aware of him as he is not fair with his customers and will definitely make this company go downhill making his customers leave because of him! Read moreI just want to start by saying this company has the worst drivers I have seen in my entire life. In twenty minutes I saw their truck driver force multiple people out of their lane so he could get ahead. I saw their driver use the shoulder to get around people too. And to top it off, this 17-year-old driver blocked the fast lane for miles to make sure no one would get ahead of him. I am amazed that he hasn't killed anyone yet, I'm confident these drivers will! They really are letting ANYONE drive these rigs license or not...
