Wow where to start. This is a Flea Market with a Amish Market inside to the left when you walk in through the front doors. To the right you will see a ton of vendors and the items they are selling. You have everything from jewelry, music, statues, toys, books, games, clothing, electronics and many more. I try to go here at least once a month. If not once every other month. The food there is banging, all home made. My husband's favorite is the chocolate covered bacon and the fresh cut steaks. I loved the pepperoni rolls, and mac salad. Ooo and the bakery/candy section is a must, you have to check that out. The Amish run that side where the food is. They are very polite and helpful. Service is top notch also in that area too. The lines may be long. But I'm telling you it is well worth the wait. The hours vary for the flea market. They are only open Thursday through Sunday only. With varying hours. Some of the stores are open later than the flea market inside. Example the game store inside is open 1 hour past the flea market doors closing. If there past that time, you will have to go out through the back of the market and walk around to get to your vehicle. There are restrooms and plenty of stores around the market to shop or eat at. Parking is free and it has a huge lot. There's a gas station nearby. Even a liquor store. The area looks a little rough around the edges, but its a diamond mine in my opinion. Route 40 is under construction there near the light where you turn into the road leading up to the market. That's if your coming in through from the Edgewood area. And the construction continues through the light almost to the Baltimore County...
Read moreIt was many years before I started shopping at the flea market. I have been in the neighborhood for over 25 years. I remember when the Kmart was there. My oldest son used to work there in the Thom Mc Cann shoe area. In 2016, a co-worker said he would get items from the pretzel stand and how good the food was. I started visiting in 2019. I did see how good the food was, a was shopping ever since. My 12 year old loves the pepperoni pretzels and my wife it was the crab pretzel roll. She started to dislike them due to the middle not being cooked over the past year and doe not request them anymore, but likes the cinnamon sugar pretzels. Today, I stopped to do my weekly pick up and realized that at least two of the food places were charging additional fees for using a credit or debit card. Most people don't realize because, they don't give you the receipt unless you ask, so you won't remember when the bill or statement comes with the additional 3.99% for using a card. It is not displayed or displayed correctly on the stands. Beilers BBQ has a written message on the sign that says "Cash Discount 3.75%". I could understand if the message said that prices are for cash and a fee of 3.75% will be added for all other forms of payment. During a time when last year we were asked to use debit and credit cards so that the handling of money is decreased, the merchants in the flea market are charging for doing what we have gotten accustomed to. That is so deceptive. I WILL NOT GO there anymore unless I have dirty germ filled cash. So I would be visiting often. The real issue is the not truly disclosing the additional fee unless asked. Buyer Beware.

Read moreThis place is...weird. In a good way. This place just owns up to what it is and it makes me laugh and keeps me coming back. It’s an eclectic assortment of market stands. All of the Amish food is fantastic. Like so good my mouth is salivating at the thought. I come here most weekends for the food. Enough to have leftovers as well! The other merchants are uh. Odd. Again, in a great way. There’s some really great stuff and some really useless stuff and it’s rare that someone bothers me into looking at their stuff. I really appreciate that. Flea market vendors tend to harass you in other marketplaces. I love the woman with the cool antiques and bricabrac on the wall off to the right when you walk in (she’s a few stalls back) she’s super friendly, her son fixes up old clocks and she sells them. She has some really fun older relics that I love to go through and purchase a few while also feeling like I went to a little museum. I also LOVE Gamerz Paradise. Amazing selection of games, records, some movies. Retro games and consoles GALORE! I can literally always find what I’m looking for their. Cords and controllers for older consoles, memory cards, all the games I grew up on, etc. Not every employee is pleasant, but the guy that I think owns it is pretty nice. The old metal head dude in the back with all the cool shirts and music is gone and my heart is broken. Oh and they also have very loud wrestling matches for parties in the very back (side) if the building!! SO WEIRD. But also so cool. This place is the version of white trash you’re...
