Strains of The Earth — Local services in Jordan

Bought two carts for over $80 and once I tried to hit it it would act dead, called and someone said they could exchange both carts once I’m at the store the guy asks me to hit it in front of him, of course it hits fine in that moment. He says he’ll exchange one since the other didn’t hit I told him I was told both would be exchanged, he tells me to keep hitting the cart I say no as I don’t want to be high, he goes to the back comes back and says they’re both hitting fine and he won’t exchange anything. They are both full and I was told differently and that these carts have a habit of being bad product he said yes they’ve been getting told the carts haven’t been working and that he believes me but won’t exchange them. I’m trying to say that doesn’t make sense and he just hands me a free joint to shut me up. It’s sad because I’ve been going here since they’ve opened I’ve met the owner and his brothers and always felt like I was learning about what I’m smoking, now I get told “it’s straight gas” when I’m asking how it smokes. positives:

-Friendly place. -Very cool atmosphere -helpful and knowledgeable staff! I drive 45 minutes just to go to this store! Pretty good prices!

negatives:

-some of the items of the shelfs fall over easily. I dropped a whole box of "pop rocks" type candy because I tried to grab one and it fell over. I'm sure they will figure out something though.

-parking lot is a little weird so be careful and safe when entering and exiting

-I want better prices on bulk beverages, if I want to stock my fridge up! However

overall: 9/9/10 love this place, been there twice and will go again.

First off I will say I wasn't impressed by their flower however I didn't try it but it didn't look really good. However everything else in the store was amazing from the edibles to the vape cartridges which I have tried and even their cream which my wife used for a really bad sunburn from the local music festival and it helped better then aloe Vera ever could. Their selection of products is out of this world. Every single one of the staff was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I visit stores in every city and state I go looking for new product and while not including the flower which still belong to a store in Florida.
