I love this little grocery store in the quaint small town of Bigfork. the staff are very friendly and helpful and they tend to carry much higher quality product because they service a Township that holds a number of wealthier people. occasionally there are some good deals on some things and I took photos of some of the more favored items that we like to purchase there. it has a video rental machine, a deli with some seating area, an extravagant wine selection and a lot of novelty food items like their specialty cheese section and bakery and their produce section is always stocked with high quality items.

They didn't have macaroni salad, but they had potato salad! Yummy! Also they have quite a selection given it's a smaller grocery store. Prices are a little expensive but not too bad, sometimes the ice cream is such a great steal of a deal. They have lots of random good vegetarian and even vegan options, score! I hear some dude named Marcus is mean, so stay clear, if you happen to run into him smile I guess and shuffle on out! I'm really hungry, so a grocery store sounds like a perfect place to go to get some food for my tummy tummy!

Lines were short, well staffed at registers. Called in to let them know the organic whole wheat matzo crackers had gone bad and the representative just about hung up on me. ‘We are busy’ ‘well if they aren’t expired.. and, I cant hear you’. Also, it is a conflict of buyer’s of organic organic produce to want something covered in excess plastic stickers. Can clerks not see the codes?

Worst experience ever, I am an ESA owner/Service/Rescue animal owner. My encounter with the Manager/Owner, was utterly disgusting, confrontational, rude, bullying and disturbingly scary. He got in my face, told me not to "Look at him that way" only to feel incredibly in fear for my life. I held in the shopping cart the proper documents to allow for my 8 week old puppy to accompany me in public areas and this Manager/Owner Marcus, didn't handle the situation professionally or with any dignity or compassion. He just told me if I had a service/ ESA dog then I should know the rules. Well, two days prior to today, my dog and my situation was perfectly welcome in this store. This manager/owner has no idea how to treat customers/people or community. I will choose to drive to Kalispell for an Albertson's or Safeway for a better customer service experience and I hope that anyone with a disability that doesn't want to be publicly humiliated by this stores policy implemented by only the manager will also choose to patronize another...

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

I live here in Bigfork and have shopped at this store for the past 8 years. This store has always been overpriced and has not had the friendliest service but I have shopped here because I like to support local. That ends today! I went to buy donuts and a young lady with short red hair was to help me. I wanted 6 donuts. She pulled out a small white bag to put the donuts in. I politely asked for a box as there were six donuts and I didn’t want them smashed together in a bag. She rolled her eyes and pushed back with, “I know how to pack a bag!” She continued to have an attitude so I confronted the manager. He didn’t seem to care in the least but said, “Thanks for telling me.” Then walked away. I’ll never shop here again! Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate employees! Not all, but it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the...

This has got to be the worst store I have ever been to. They get away with being a horrible store because there is no other store around for like 20 miles or more. Do you want to pick up something healthy? Well forget about it. They can sell you soda but not kombucha. Fried chicken? Sure but better start driving if you need real gluten free options. This store fish section is discussing as well. If fish is the only meat you eat I suggest moving. Polson has a better selection. That’s sad because you would think with all the rich people that live here from California they would want and have a better selection. Not the case at all. This store is 10 years behind on food trends. Don’t waist your money just drive to Kalispell or Polson. Polson at least has a Safeway with everything you could want and a much better...
