Belsy sold me a Brother Luminaire 2 with the 3 upgrade! She was amazing to work with so incredibly patient with all the questions my husband and I asked! She is always attentive and supportive.

I asked for some sewing advice on a extremely quick turn around (less than 48 hours) project. She helped me in the store and even took the project home and finished it for me! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Same for Jamie, 10 stars! I worked with Jamie before and absolutely love her! She is an extremely good teacher! She’s the reason I’m here! I literally followed her to this store! I have shown up nearly in tears because something wasn’t working out and she always stops and helps me! She’ and Kyle sat on the floor and helped me figure out why a pattern wasn’t fitting together!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this sewing center and shop. I am quite new to sewing (started under a year ago) and in that time I’ve gotten a serger and classic singer and started to make clothing. All of the staff here have been wonderful with me, are knowledgeable, patient and so helpful with their tips for me. I got my serger from a friend and it broke…. I didn’t know where to go and found this magical spot. I have spoken with Jamie a bunch and she’s so energetic and kind as I’ve had to bring my secondhand serger back 3 times to be tended to- every single time I’ve called they are nothing but professional and patient with me and want to get to the root of the issue for me. This is the only shop I’ll now be going to for their hospitality, fair prices, information diffusion to a new girl to sewing, machines, and such an amazing assortment of materials for all those who sew. I have used this company for years, bought several machines including high dollar embroidery machine, serviced my machines etc. But I went there recently and was completely disappointed in the way I was treated, by their service tech. He was rude, dismissive and not helpful. I wasn't there to have machine serviced but help understanding a brother machines and I called ahead of time to make sure it was ok to come by.. Which they are a authorized dealer for. I will not be recommending nor using this company for any of my 6 machines or to purchase supplies.
