I went to get my hair done on Saturday morning. The staff was nice. An my hair seemed to turn out fine. I got a blow out and I had her wrap it after. I also decided to get my eye brows done and they turned out well too. Well later that evening, I unwrapped my hair and it had thickened. I was disappointed because usually when I go to a Dominican Salon my hair would last me a good 3 weeks. Also my eyebrow was stinging but I just thought it's normal with waxing. Moving to Sunday morning, I unwrapped my hair to get ready and it looks like I never got my hair done. It looks like I washed my hair and blowed dryed it.. It's so puffy, And my eyebrow now has red marks underneath it. I'm highly upset and disappointed. Been sitting in their parking lot waiting for 30 minutes for this establishment to open. I called Saturday & asked for their direct hours & I was told Monday - Saturday 9am -5pm. Closed on Sunday’s. Well it’s Monday morning & it’s currently 9:30am. No staff has shown up yet! Huge disappointment & BAD BUSINESS.

Update: Staff showed up between 9:35-9:45am. Very polite staff, just was late. They did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair, so their rating is between 4-5 stars as far as their services. I visited the salon this afternoon and got a blowout. The experience was good. Lourdes has reasonable prices and uses salon-quality products, such as Sebastion and Salerm. The salon was not very busy when I was there, which worked out great for me, because she was able to do my hair right away. My blowout came out straight. Also, she does not do a whole lot of unnecessary pulling and tugging of your hair. She listens to you requests and offers her own suggestions. And yes, she does speak English!!
