Z’s tobacco & vape — Local services in Kannapolis

My go-to shop, not just because it's close but because they're SUPER friendly and it seems to even rub off on other customers. Everyone seems to smile even when there's a line to wait in. Nick is the best by far. Always nice, always greets you when the door opens, and 99.9999% of the time he has a smile on his face. You walk away from that counter feeling like you just caught up with a friend. There are A LOT of products that the store has to offer, some great, some not-so. Research the product before you buy it or you may end up feeling "scammed", but thats the deal with most vape&tobacco stores. The quality you get for the price you pay feels better here than other stores. Its not dispensary quality but it's really good for the price. Ive sampled quite a few stores around the Kannapolis/Charlotte area and for my toking needs, this place...

I just went in this store. The guy working was about half there and knew nothing! I told him I needed a new mod and he said “a what?” I said- a vape. A device. He said they are down there and pointed. I picked one out and asked him if I could see it. He handed me a huge used Mod. I said this can’t be it, this one I want is small. He said “no it’s not it but it’s the same brand” 🙄. I then said Ok but I need to look at what I’m buying. He wouldn’t open the box. Ok so I go to purchase it. $90! What?! The same one down the road was $50. Needless to say I went down the road. Also asked him for zero nicotine juice and he said “in a disposable vape?” I don’t even know if he knew where he was at this point.

I will not ever go back. If you need cigarettes or a weed pipe I’m sure it’s fine. For vape...

White dude with the gauged out earrings had a kid behind the counter like 6 birds and 2 or 3 cats running around. The product I needed was like 6 foot behind the counter and blocked by a stack of items so I asked to see if I could get a better view and with a pissy tone he said NO so then I said alright and pointed my finger to show him what I thought I need because again it’s 6 foot away and behind a stack of items he say Do not point at it because I don’t want your arm being over the counter.
