DOWNHILL FAST On Oct 29th, I placed an order. I thought what I ordered was simple. Med ham & onion on handtossed, med pepperoni on thin crust, and a double order of bread sticks. The food was HORRIBLE, but ill get to that.
The delivery driver got here, and went to the wrong apartment bldg. I have in my notes to call upon arrivial, however I was already outside waiting. As I walked over to the driver I still never got a call, got by his car, waved, I know he seen me, but he still didnt get out yet, and still no call. After about 5 mins, the driver gets out, and I seen he was on the phone. Now in a emergency, sure I could see how this would happen, but over hearing the convo, as hes trying to slide my food out, and hand me recipts to sign, I can honestly say this wasnt an emergency. And well that, was just rude.
Moving on, hungry, ready to have some mediocore pizza, for thats what ive been getting the past 2 months ive ordered from your location. I get it in my apartment, my wife and I get us a plate, and go to relax infront of the tv and enjoy a movie at home night. The pizzas, both, just horrible. They were cooked perfectly, however if they were burnt or raw im sure it would have gave it a better taste. Im not sure why these were so bad, but they were. I ate 2 breadsticks to 1 of the cups of marinara because those as well were horrible. After maybe 2 slices out of each pizza, and 3 breadsticks the rest of it all went into the trash and money wasted. Your location is close to me, so I usually order a fair amount fron you guys. However, the past couple months your food taste has went downhill, and this was like the last step for me. I feel I am gonna have to find another pizza shop that delivers here. I am not the type to write reviews, as I feel i usually expect the worst from fast food places. But this was truly bad. And again has been going downhill fast.
One day I may order from your location again, but I doubt it will be anytime soon. Hopefully someone there can figure out what happen, and how to bring it back to at least a decent pizza hut location.

Read moreI really hate to give such a poor review because this was my 11 yr old daughters favorite place to eat and soooo convenient to where we live. We moved in a new construction across from the Pizza Hut in July and we order pizza 1-2x’s a week. She calls it in and they always give her a discount. On 10/12 we ordered pizza and sides I went to pick up and when I got home I didn’t have the soda so I went back no problem they don’t usually forget. I pick up soda get back home and the sauce is missing for my wings. I decide to call and let them know and while eating a slice of pizza the pizza is doughy and needed to be cooked a little longer. Pizza was light colored instead of darker crust. I requested a manager when calling but mgr did not come to phone the lady tells me they will give me a credit of what I thought was $10 but I find out days later the credit was $2. That was a real slap in face. What I heard and what they offered was an epic fail. We had to cook the pizza longer in oven and I settled for no sauce and had none at home to replace it with. In my attempt to place an order two days later I requested a mgr who told me he couldn’t do anything for me other than the $2 and I told him I find that hard to believe he just sat in phone in silence and because my daughter likes I waited to see if he would make the situation right and he did not. The manager Josh failed me big time. I requested his manager name and I will take it from there. Poor service that I would have overlooked if they had just made it right my next visit. Read moreThe worst experience ever. I ordered online a pepperoni pizza. I noticed it did save save my pepperoni and called right away. The lady said no problem we will add the the pepperoni. I said thank you. My pizza comes and it is just cheese. I call the store and a young man with no customer service answered the phone. I explained that my pizza was not correct. Hey say ok so what do you want me to do? I said nothing I will bring the pizza back. I arrived at the store and asked for the manager. The manager did not come to the front. (The gentleman behind me is frustrated because he called is order in waited 30 minutes at home then 30 minutes at the store and still was not ready. ) I then again asked for a manager and the young man get the manager. I explain to her what was going on she said well you did not pay for the pepperoni. I explained that the lady said they would add the pepperoni. At no point did she ask me to pay or even say I am sorry for the miss under standing. The only that was told to me was you didn’t pay for pepperoni. Which I tried to when I called back or could have in person.
With all this said this store might shift is not anyone you want making you food! The other customer also received a refund. (All of AMAZON employees received there food as the walked in)
I ask Elizabeth Gerdes to provide management that has better customer service. The manager that I’m speaking though is attached to this review. Also, my bill that you can see the pepperoni was added to it.
The manager attached is no person that should be in management. She understands customer service.
