Don’t order delivery!!! It’s delivered by door dash and neither will accept responsibility if you have a horrible experience. I ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and was told by door dash to get a refund because it took them an hour and a half to deliver. I called the subway store for the rest of the night and the line was busy. So I sent an email that was ignored. Sent another 2 emails through subway.com that were also ignored. Finally called and spoke with the manager who told e she would get me a refund and just needed to find out from her manager how. Well that never happened and she never called me back to let me know. So I called again today and she was super nasty to me on the phone and said that I wouldn’t be getting a refund.
Editing to add: I spoke again with door dash and they said that they would refund the Subway once they refund me. I called back to speak to the manager again to let her know and they told me she was on break and to call back in an hour. I will give her another chance with the nee information from door dash and see if she will rectify the situation.
Okay so it’s been 3 weeks. Door dash is trying their hardest to give me my money back, but they can’t without Subway’s cooperation. The Subway store is refusing to cooperate and says as far as they are concerned, Door dash gave me my money back. That is very clearly not the case. Even their corporate office says that they are not going to cooperate and I might as well dispute the charge with my bank. This Subway will not be getting my business again. Not because of a misunderstanding or how Door dash messed up, but because of their unwillingness to cooperate and let door dash follow through with my refund, and the store manager’s nasty attitude every time...
   Read moreJust arrive at my workplace after visiting this subway on my break. There were 2 ppl in line in front of me. One person behind bar. Took forever for first person to get their sandwich finished and then they didnt even check him out instead the one visible worker made the man wait for checking oiut and went to the lady in front of me who ordered two sandwiches. This was taking forever. 2 other workers came out of the back and did not attempt to assist 1st person waiting to pay or me waiting to order. It had already been 5 minutes. The leisurely sat down a few boxes filled with cups, took some cookies out, went back to the back... I finally get my order taken by the same single worker that had been at the bar the whole time... absolutely no sense of urgency. halfway thru my order another worker appears and decides to take over my sandwich. The lady in front of me ordering two sandwiches was having trouble so second worker picked my sandwich up and moved it to the front - I was direct and finished my order quickly, wrapped up my sandwich and left it there.... went back to the beginning of the order line to help someone that was behind me. I stood there for quite a while waiting to be checked out. actually so long the lady ordering two complex sandwiches that had been in front of me, then behind me, was now finished. The single worker then moved her BACK in front of me and checked her out. I finally was checked out about 15 minutes after walking into the store to begin with. I get 10 minutes down the road to my workplace. Open my sandwich and its one of the sandwiches the lady in front/behind/in front of me made..... not even mine. ATTENTION TO DETAIL PEOPLE. I understand having a bad day, but when the entire staff was completely ignoring, non customer friendly, extremely annoyed and rolled their eyes when youd simply say what you wanted? Uncalled for. I asked for a subway melt, which comes with bacon. She was annoyed when I mentioned the bacon because it was an extra step. Then asked for black olives on a footlong, she put 3 on the whole sandwich. Then sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for a couple more. Get to the cashier, still same level of customer service as the other two, which was non existent. I was charged for a ham sandwich that the meat was thrown on sloppily, stale bread, then an added charge for bacon. For a 6 dollar sub, it came to over 10, as I was also charged for extra toppings.
