This store cheated me of at least $10 for some cat food I bought. I won’t say they are unprofessional in appearance, but I wanted to reorder the cat food I paid $40 for. But, when I did, I needed it delivered and they said they do deliveries. I called and they said they would call me back because their representative was doing deliveries at the time and when they did, they would call me. But, I was literally looking at (the very bottom) of the bag where I noticed the price tag. I quoted the price on the bag, the man said that price was correct 🤯. Well, he never did call back to make that delivery and I am actually grateful because I planned to give them my credit card information. The worse part is it’s a Black owned business and I really wanted to contribute. I guess they did too - just without integrity and honesty. I...

I have wanted to support this local business rather than buy food elsewhere, but I have had it. For months, I've been told they will carry my cat's food "from now on." Nope. Every time I need cat food, it's a series of calls, being told they have it or will have it, so I stop in, they DON'T have it, so I call, come back, they don't have it again, etc. This has happened so many times now I've lost count. I don't get why it's so hard. But this is the only place that carries this food for any kind of reasonable price, so I'm stuck. My car broke down near the bait shop, just nearly making it into to shop’s parking lot. Trey was so kind as to allow me, along with my two littles and grandma to come into the shop to wait for our ride. It was incredibly hot today and he let us sit in the a/c while we waited & contacted the necessary people. He talked with us & didn’t treat us like a bother.
