Purchased this furniture and was financed and then later told approved, then later told needed all this add'l info and then later told needed all this different info, including automatic draft from checking acct. I am 63 years old and have never in my entire life had to set up drafts with a furniture company. I canceled the finance contract and paid up front. It was to be in the next week; then told it was canceled due to rain in Dallas, then next week told it was coming out of California but cancled d/t rain in Dallas. This week now I'm told would now be next week. I asked for a corporate office and was told they don't have a corporate office and I can only speak to her. Every week I get a different story and different lies and this is totally unacceptable and she is totally unconcerned about this situation. I am going to the BBB and the Consumer Complaint service. Majority are authentically made and imported from Mexico. Casa Mesa is less expensive than Texas stores we found that were selling almost the same furniture types.
