Mrs. Hannah and her staff are very kind and generous. They asked what my symptoms were and asked me if I would like to get swabbed for everything or just certain things. Which at the time I felt everything was necessary. And then after my results came back Dr Hannah came in and we went over some of the ther issues I was having and she really was very helpful and understanding and trying to help me get down to the problem of the reoccurring issues. And also my granddaughter was just in there the day before with the Flu A and double ear infection and was well treated and my daughter was well satisfied with their service as well. Would recommend Face Pace to anyone, everyday, all day, it's a comfy atmosphere when you are not feeling well because they make you feel really special because they care about their jobs and their patients and how they are feeling and not just about what type of insurance they have to pay for this visit or medicine. The Nurse Practitioner who treated me is AMAZING!! Leshawn is UNBELIEVABLE!! Every time I go in she always listens and is willing to do whatever she can to help with the speedy recovery. I've seen many doctors, and I've seen many nurse practitioners but she is in a class all of her own! I honestly hope that whoever is in charge at the highest levels gets the chance to read this. You not only have a SUPERSTAR working for you that deserves the recognition, I also believe that she's deserving of a little admiration, as well as maybe a little pay raise. Of course she isn't the only one in the office, your entire team is stellar! From the front desk to your checking nurse everyone goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Which goes a long way when the fact that you're there means that you aren't feeling too well so their effort should not go unnoticed, or unrewarded. Went in on Saturday morning with my hand swollen to the size of a grapefruit and pain radiating down my arm and numbness in my fingers.

The front desk lady was nice as can be, but as soon as they swiped my card and got paid, the entire mood/compassion level went to hell.

The NP walked in and before even asking me a question, told me "it's likely carpal tunnel, call an Ortho on Monday". And started to walk out I had to practically beg for an anti-inflammatory shot. She didn't prescribe anything as far as steroids or anti-inflammatories, nothing. Just "call an Ortho on Monday" as if it's that easy and I'll get an appointment right away.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an urgent care as far as just total disregard for the patient. I'm not one to argue with people or leave bad reviews but this woman has no business being involved in patient care with the attitude she displayed towards...
