Honestly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Smart ass employees who will lie to your face. Unreliable service. Best part is, if they service isn't working. The workers blame you!!! How great is that!!
This was originally from 2016. In 2021 I had the displeasure of working with this company again. I signed a 2 year contract and honestly had no issues. Now in 2025 I'm moving to a new home. I called to have them move the service and they said it would be at the earliest 3 weeks. I politely declined as 3-4 weeks without Internet is just unacceptable. I asked for a discounted rate for that month which they declined. So they could not provide me a service yet still expected full pay. I informed Kaptel I would be seeking a different Internet provider to which they immediately threatened me with legal action due to my contract. They claim that they renewed my contract (without notifying me of this) and they I would have to pay out the remainder of my contract while still not providing me with the service.
