Sonic in Kaplan seems to have good days and bad days. While the service has improved lately, I have not been totally satisfied in the past. Good news is that there seems to be more familiar faces indicating employee retention. I do feel that my bad experiences were due to understaffing and inexperienced workers. I absolutely love this sonic compared to surrounding cities. The only problem I have is that management won’t fix the touch screen stalls. These workers work VERY hard at this sonic and are so sweet. For 2 days in a row I wasn’t able to tip because there was no way to press the screen. I was told corporate management said it costs too much to fix, I believe if they wanted to they would.
