Horrible trail bus experience. Dropped my child to the bus stop, before the trail bus was there. The main bus was driving off as three boys walked away from it due to the main bus being full. The Trail Bus then comes to the park and drives right by 4 children (1 including my child) and left out subdivision. I sat in my car and watched her drive pass all of them in disbelief. I was in shock. I tried to stop her prior to leaving out subdivision but she would not. I then followed her out the subdivision and when she finally stopped at the light I signed why did she leave the kids. She stated “I can’t open the door” I asked again, why did you leave the kids? She then says “because they were not at the bus stop and I can’t pick them up if they are not” The kids where walking to her, as she was parked at the entrance of the subdivision and not at the proper bus stop. I know this because I dropped my Child to the park and she then began to walk with the other children towards the entrance to meet the trail bus. I then called dispatch and spoke to a lady with the last name of Mena. She stated I was screaming at her as I tried to explain what had just happened. I told her this is how I talk I’m not screaming. She did not seem to care of my concern and then transfers me to a supervisor who doesn’t pick up. I leave a message and then call back and am transferred to Mena again who says the supervisor is driving buses also. Then transfers me to another voicemail. Long story short, Had I not been home or at the bus stop my child would have had to walk across a busy street to get to school. And I am not OK with that. The three other kids walked across the bust street. I guess KISD bus barn won’t care until a child is hit or picked up by a stranger due to their bus drivers...

Very un professional called and left messages for over a week, no one ever answered back. My daughter goes to the ppcd program and they call me for her bus schedule. The pick up driver is no problem but the drop off was a big mess. Called up in till the first day of school and still now answer. Come stop off the school called me saying that I have to pick her up, I have no car so I walked 2+ miles to pick her up in +100° weather. During a heat wave at that. Got in contact with the manager tolded what happened very uncaring. She said it's not their fault. Kept explaining that their mistakes is causing a 3 year old to walk in +100° weather for over 2 miles. I've been trying to resolve this for over a week. And to this day they still haven't...

I really would like to give you guys zero stars, because you highly deserve it super unprofessional, ugly tone they have no concern whatsoever that the bus is not on time, and that you will be late for work. The lady rushed me off the phone act like she didn’t care about my concern and disconnected the call. I proceeded to call back ask for the supervisor. She told me she will call me back in 30 minutes. I’ve been calling the phone back to back. I’m going straight to voicemail. This is highly ridiculous and I would like to report this to somebody higher than the people at the office because this cannot continue to go on. Supervisor never called I left a message but I would like to speak to...
