China One — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered online general tso chicken with fried rice and a orange shrimp with lo mein with veggies. After requesting veggies, I got 5 carrots and a couple of onions added for an extra $1. When I finally came to pick up, my order wasn't ready and no one was at the door so I was forced to call them to pick up my order. It wasn't ready yet and they said they would call me when it was ready. I parked right out front and I saw a bag sitting there for a good 5-10 minutes. Finally went to the door when I see someone appear at the window and it was our order. I got home and that orange shrimp was an orange chicken. I called to let them know but they were only able to refund me $2 for an order I paid over $15 to get an order I won't even eat. General tso chicken was mainly breading, if there was chicken it was dry and unedible. The fried rice was dry as well, I'm pretty sure they used more than a day old rice. Orange chicken wasn't touched. I spent over $30 for basically 1 order with 2 sides. I might as well have gone to panda Express to avoid the awful food, high prices, and terrible service I just had. I will not be back again, I'm hoping no one else...

I order through delivery and I must say, I love professionalism. Any time I attach a note of no veggies on my garlic shrimp or any sort of thing, they will contact ME immediately to ask what I need and what i would like if something is unavailable or out of order like canned sodas. They do a great job with that. This is my number 1 favorite takeout place and I appreciate people who are truly professional. Usually, especially through delivery options like Uber eats or Doordash, some Chinese restaurants I’ve ordered from have either not paid attention to the things I add especially if we are allergic to something in particular and leave a note of instruction - they never listen lol so I am happy to have found a place where we’ve had nothing but the best treatment every time. The manager has his establishment in check. As it should be. The prices are great and the food comes hot & delicious. Every time....

Have been eating here for a while as a work at an office building nearby. The food its always of great quality, the service is fast and always on time. Yesterday, For the first time, my food was not at the quality I always get. I was already in my office and called and told them that my chicken was not to the standard. They apologize and sent me another plate, full order, of food to my office at no extra charge. The owner of the company came to deliver it too. This is what you call taking care of your customers and keep coming back! We all can have a bad day or a bad chicken can come from the oven, but what we do afterwards determines the next steps in our careers/business/life. VERY GOOD CHINESE RESTAURANT AND LUNCH...
