Place was clean and service friendly. First time here and idk if I would come back. My nail tech was Vicky, showed her my inspiration pic and she said ok i can do that. She didn't even do it right. I have air bubbles, big dips in my nails i even told hey about it and she told me or was my fault because my hands are cold. Called them and they are suppose to correct it. This is after I told her to please correct the issue. I will update review after Saturday
EDIT: So I went back Sunday, spoke to Kelly and she was super nice and ready to take care of me. Apologized and as well as the other gentleman at the front he was nice. I told them I wanted ombre and I paid exyrs for it. But this is when the issues started all over again. AND MUCH WORSE! Kelly, the manager, left me to deal with a customer who had an issue with her nail tech, that tech Traceu then started on my nails, buffing them. I asked for the powder book, and told Tracey, the nail i was passed too, that i was looking for a light blue. She proceeded to show me 2 blues from a jar on a napkin. I asked to see the nail color in the book and she proceeded to get upset and then tell me, it won't look the same I tell you that but you don't listen to me why you don't listen. I told her thank you for the book but to find me someone else because I refused to let her work on me and speak to me so ugly because she was already just complained on. So I get passed again because Kelly had another issue to deal with and passed me to nail tech Queenie, who was the straw the killed it all for me. I asked for an ombre, she said she doesnt know how to do that, which i paid extra for so i just settled for a solid color. As she is filling my nails from previous work she cuts me with the drill 2xs then when she is working on my nails and filing them she files my skin and was rough pulling my nails back. I asked her several times to please be more careful and patient that I was in no hurry. She said she had to go fast. The nails themselves are a little better still bumpy. I did thank them for trying to make it right but it just isn't ok to treat...
Read moreThis was my first time here and it was horrible. Everyone seemed in a bad mood … upon sitting in my chair I showed the lady doing my hands my inspo she says she can do it awesome . we get to the nail art part and she says it’s “chrome french tip and a clear coat” I proceed to tell her that I think it’s pearl chrome with a darker clear coat on top …. REGARDLESS she ends up doing what she thinks was the design and I settled cause i’m not going back and forth with someone. Once I got to my car the nails HAD ALREADY MESSED UP . so after sitting for two hours and not getting whatI wanted to get done done I had to go back and talk to the manager. once inside the lady (i’m assuming the manager) ends up asking me what happened I showed her and went ahead and showed her my inspo picture and told her it doesn’t look like the picture and she says “ it’s cause we don’t have that color” THEN WHY TELL ME YOU GUYS CAN DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE i end up telling her I want to do a whole different design and the manager sits me down and i wait ANOTHER 30 minutes ON TOP OF THE 2 HOURS . I had to get up 3 times while waiting for my nails to get fixed. the lady who did my nails the first time comes back and i show her a new design and she says it’s going to be 20+ extra for A SIMPLEEEE DEEP FRENCH TIP and they weren’t even done right and they’re patchy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND they didn’t accommodate me after the nails messed up and didn’t even fix anything and now i’m stuck with nails that...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer here for quite some time and have always appreciated the convenience of living nearby, the rewards program, and the complimentary drink. However, my last two visits have made me second-guess continuing my loyalty.
What I’ve noticed is that if you don’t upgrade your services when suggested, the quality of care seems to decline. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been an isolated incident—it’s happened with more than one technician. I’ve actually paid less and received better service at other salons.
On my most recent visit, I got a manicure and pedicure with regular polish (something I’ve done before without issue elsewhere). Less than a day later, the polish began chipping—even though I hadn’t done anything that should cause that. When I returned to have it fixed, the technician seemed bothered and told me, “That’s why you should get shellac—regular polish only lasts 2–3 days.” That response was disappointing and dismissive.
This is especially frustrating because the salon itself is beautiful, yet it feels like money is valued more than customer experience here. My daughter’s polish chipped quickly as well, and unfortunately, I won’t be bringing her...
