I couldn’t be more impressed with Murf Electronics. They installed a Frame TV over my fireplace and a massive 98” TV in my media room. Not only did they match Best Buy’s price on the TVs, but their install was leagues ahead of anything I could’ve hoped for with the “Geek Squad.”

Jerry is as personable as he is knowledgeable. Above all, he stuck to his word. When I caught an LG flash sale at Best Buy, his dealer portal happened to be down. Instead of coming back to me with, “Sorry, can’t honor that price,” he actually spent more out of his own pocket to get me the TV we agreed on—without hesitation. That kind of integrity is rare, and it left a lasting impression.

The service as a whole was seamless. They delivered, installed, provided mounts (which Best Buy didn’t even have—smh), and even hauled away all the trash. Start to finish, it was stress-free and professional.

What’s even better is they do so much more than TVs. I’m already getting a quote for a Generac, surround sound, outdoor TVs, additional indoor TVs, and honestly anything electronic I need in the future. I wish I’d known about Murf when I bought my fridge! But now they’ll be my first call for anything from a washer to a dryer.

The service is hands down the best service and installation company in the business. Everything was done correctly and aesthetically pleasing. I was truly impressed with the professionalism that I experienced. Everyone that has come to my home always ask…who installed those lights, video and audio for you?
