The best part of my trip to Kauai, shout out to Captain Victoria and Izzy! I booked the Napoli Coast Zodiac and snorkel expedition. We could only snorkel once and we had to do the South shore instead of the northern coast.... But it's January and that was honestly expected. I saw fish, dolphins, and whales! I'm a plus size solo traveler and that can be met with mixed results on trips. That was not the case here, I had a fabuyand welcoming time.

But honestly two things made this a great experience: the people and the zodiac. I've been on whale watching expeditions and they are fun, but there is nothing like being on zodiac for six hours. It was my first time and I was definitely sore at the end, but it was worth every second. It was exhilarating to be so close to the water and almost eye level with the dolphins.

But on to the most important part of my experience, the people! Captain Victoria and Izzy were amazing!!!! We were out for the full six hours. They told us stories about the island in general, stories about the coastline (nature stuff, movie stuff, local history, random fun facts). And because its small group, they gave us all sorts of recommendations for everything on the island (I followed multiple bits of advice and there were always right). I don't know how many of you have worked customer service but they kept us informed, entertained, and checked in that we were all safe for SIX HOURS. Not an easy feat. If possible ask for Victoria and Izzy, you won't be...

Captain Dane and his magnificent crew were awesome the entire day! Although the sea was choppy, their attentiveness and care kept the passengers calm and happy. Captain Dane is an incredibly gifted captain. He maneuvered through the high waves flawlessly. He and his crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and provided many facts about the Na’Pali coast along the way. I particularly appreciated how he kept us abreast of how higher & choppier the waves would be getting, or as he liked to say, how the adventure was going to become more adventurous! :):):) As I was getting happily drenched on the front of the boat, Sarah was very comforting and attentive, which I appreciated immensely. The other young lady, whose name escapes me (sorry!) was equally awesome. Last, but certainly not least, CHEF JIMMY!!! Who would have thought a 5-star meal would have been prepared while cruising the Na’Pali coast bouncing on 4-6’ waves. Jimmy served delicious crostinis, a scrumptious salad, tender filet mignon accompanied by flavorful shrimp, al dente carrots, yummy asparagus, beautifully roasted potatoes, and topped it off with a Tahitian key lime tart that was to die for! The crew served us on the boat, it was not a buffet. Oh, by the way, drinks are included! Try the Sneaky Tiki! ;) I live here, and have tried several boat tour companies. Captain Andy’s is...

My husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon in Kauai because we love adventure, and this is exactly what we got with the rafting expedition. We finished and both felt that it was an experience like nothing else we’ve had in the past. We talked about how it was so well worth the price. Maddy and Izzy made it an experience we won’t forget. We started the experience exiting the harbor and riding along the shoreline of beaches and keeping our eyes open for whales. Maddy, our captain, was so knowledgeable about the whales and the history of the islands. We continued on our tour to the Napali coast, whenever a member of our tour pointed out a whale in the distance, Maddy was so quick and excited to get us a little closer for a better viewing. Even though I am sure she has seen whales breech so many times before, it was so great to see how excited she got along with all of us on the raft. After lunch, Izzy took us on a tour of an old village that is under reconstruction. She was great at teaching us more about the history the island stood for and answering any questions. It was so fun to have two guides that were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about every part of our tour! We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to have some fun mixed in with...

This tour was absolutely a #1 highlight of our trip to the islands in general and we did some great stuff. I have to say that Micah the captain and Kilar the crewman were so fun and knowledgeable about Hawaiian culture and history we learned a ton. Everything from geology to cultural history to Eddie Aikau. They also recommended what turned out to be the best Poke spot we hit over the two weeks we were here. The boat ride is incredible. It’s fast and fun. We cruised through and into sea caves, saw two pods of spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and some unbelievable views. The snorkeling was great as well - lots of fish at the reef. The lunch was awesome, honestly. I did not expect a great meal but we got one. The island tour was cool and a nice middle break from the ride. Their knowledge of the history of the area is impressive and our crew said they participate in the upkeep of the site which is great. The ride home was fun as well. Thank you very much for such a great family event and memory. Jacob (the boss the was in the boat) give those two a big raise.

Wow! What a fun and unique experience along the Na Pali coast! It was an amazing trip with great weather which gave it an extra something. We got to see dolphins!!! Lots of spinner dolphins, go through and in some beautiful and cool caves. See all the neat and beautiful cliffs. I appreciated how long we stopped for things. Extra time with dolphins and all the pictures and videos needed for everyone. It wasn’t a rush see it and go. The beach stop was nice where people could snorkel and swim. Lunch was soooo good too. Probably one of the best tour meals I’ve ever had! I was very impressed and loved every bite!!! You don’t go hungry and you could go back for 2nds or 3rds if needed. The ancient fishing village tour was really cool to hear some fun facts too. Thank you Maddie and Luca for being the best! I would highly recommend coming on this tour and booking it early. Oh yeah one more thing, they provide lots of extra drinking water and dry bags for all!

Going on the Na Pali coast rafting and snorkeling adventure with Captain Andy's was one of the best experiences of my whole life. The boat ride was so fun and my Captain Maddie and her Co-captain Sawyer were both so fun and informative. And the island of Kauai is so beautiful. Knowing 80% of it is inaccessible and uninhabited makes it a must do to experience it via boat and or helicopter. We did both. But the boating was more fun I would say. If you are coming to Kauai you should definitely do this tour. When I come back I will probably do it again or sign up for the sunset cruise. Captain Andy's is the best imo.
