We were really hesitant to fly following the helicopter crash that had the Siemens CEO on it, but when I emailed Hummingbyrd they reassured me that none of their pilots nor helicopters were involved and that they’ve never had an accident or an incidents.

As soon as we arrived at the location Parker greeted us and was extremely friendly! There was another sales representative with blonde hair who was less friendly and kept staring at us awkwardly (she was also obsessed with upselling my brother who was flying with FLYNYON - the doors off helicopter experience) but luckily she was a FLYNYON representative so we dealt entirely with Parker. Parker offered us some complimentary refreshments and took us to a very comfortable waiting area.

When it was time to fly, we were greeted by an extremely friendly and passionate pilot - William. William was extremely professional and an excellent pilot! The flight was so smooth and he clearly had a lot of experience. He gave us a guided tour when we were in the sky and made the entire experience super enjoyable!!! We went from being anxious initially to not wanting the experience to end! All because of William!

We flew at night and the views were incredible!!! So glad we did this :) I will definitely be flying with Hummingbyrd again!

Wow, where do I start? ...or rather, I can't wait to go again! First things first though....the staff was awesome! I was greeted by Jameer, who guided me over to a quiet office space to further introduce himself and go over some of the expectations, etc. The main area has plenty of space to keep you comfortable or entertained while you wait, including a foosball table. There are vending machines, some apparel and even photography equipment for rent. After a brief moment, I was then greeted by additional staff members, Jade and Melissa. They walked me over to a vehicle that would transport me and additional riders to the helipad area. I know they do this everyday, but they run it like clockwork and it felt very seamless. It even reduced my anxiety a lot! When I arrived at the helipad, we were introduced to our pilot, Dave. Dave was super awesome and I admired his sense of excitement for us, even though he must be on his 1 millionth flight. He was very clear and explained all the safety precautions thoroughly. He made an effort to remember our names and explained what was happening each step of the way. I was extremely impressed with the views and his knowledge of the area. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place. I would absolutely do it again and maybe even try the open door tour...

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Justice, who made me feel right at home. Their friendly demeanor set the tone for what would be an amazing adventure.

Flying with Adam was the highlight of my experience. His expertise and passion for flying truly shone through, making the journey not just thrilling but also educational. The views were breathtaking, and Adam's guidance made me feel safe and excited throughout the flight.

I would rate this experience a solid 10/5! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was clear that Hummingbird puts a lot of effort into choosing their staff and ensuring a memorable outing.

To anyone considering this adventure, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s 100% worth it! Thank you once again to Justice and Adam for providing such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I can't wait...
