So heres my story that I had with this company I took a 6 guys to unload a truck load and to take up the stuff at a construction site a job that usally takes 2-3 hours with 3 guys took for this 6 guys 8-10 hours but thats not a problem if the job would get done after 8 hours they finished 5% of the job when I called in after 3 hours when they started the job telling the office that the guys arnt working and they did nothing first it took me to reach somone in the office a hour ones I reached somone they told me their going to call the guys long story short they didn't do shit and when I called in with complaints all I got was nasty attitude but the story is not done I had a different crew of labours Coming to the job site but not 6 guys I had 4 guys guess what they finished the job in less then 2 hours

So heresy suggestion dont ever use this company and of course not this branch disgusting service nasty service and their workers dont do shit not reliable if u ever need labours to sit at your job site call PEOPLE READY and this branch they are experienced in sitting on job sites and not doing what they are supposed to do.

But if you want to get a job done...

The 2 ladies at kearny up to date 7-9-2022 are very unprofessional. There’s times the office is suppose to be open I go there and the doors are locked and they staff is just sitting there joking around . I called today to get paid the lady told me she would look into it . I called back a hour later was speaking to 1 lady and takiyrah jumps in our conversation from the background (so unprofessional) . I was talking to the lady and I guess takiyrah took the phone then started saying you want to get paid right I said it’s ok it’s over with and then she hung up on me . Then she calls me back to tell me I’m unprofessional after all the stuff she did ( jumping in another adults convo , yelling from her seat to be heard , threatening me saying I won’t get my pay it’s up to her etc ) then I get suspended fir 2 weeks . Someone truly needs to evaluate these representatives on the daily or they will treat everyone like a unwanted pet. It’s ridiculous that I have to revive attitude because I’m asking for a payment that I worked hard for I can be out here doing ignorant stuff but I want to be a real man and these people...

Ok so my complaints in this instance isn't necessarily with this office specifically. But I completed a two day job through this office with adopt a highway Thurs 7am-12pm and Friday 7am-430pm. I still haven't been paid for the first or second job despite it's past the "48hr" maximum time period. Now the ladies at the office have seemingly tried to help but it's becoming clear that adopt a highway is trying to get some free/slave labor through people ready. Supposedly the person I worked for didn't know how to use the jobstack app. That was on Thursday afternoon! I waited patiently until now. Despite the fact the office was supposed to be opened today no one answered my calls. This is affecting my rent, children's ability to eat and my ability to work. ADOPT A HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE CORPORATION are grifters, thieves and liars!! This incident has set me back financially, and ability to care for my family.
