RUDE EMPLOYEES LOCATION !! SECURITY ACTING AS A BULLY !!! PLEASE!!!! BE AWARE! BE ADVISE!! TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES, MAINLY THE YOUNG BLACK SECURITY. This place is not shutting down not because of the gas station and the location. Except that, This is the WORSE PLACE you can go for shoppin and mainly , when it comes to PICK UP ORDER . This is terrible .!! No MANAGER only a night Supervisor "Mark" . The employée at the packaging and mobile order making treated me very disrespectfuly me today. Just because he didn't want to hand me a package ordered online . The package was ready, but not on the shelves. It was just left somewhere.. I came politely asking him for my order. He just took the package , read the name on the label and left it , so far away ,and told me to go behind the counter. Knowing that I couldn't reach the package!! Too big ego, arrogance ,and self importance !! They paying you for that ..Many people there needs to be watched!!

Also, the ladies making the Sandwiches, leaving there post, to argue with me a costumer, she almost grabbed my phone today without my permission, screaming at me !! Just about an order, they can even find And fulfill. Real Nasty Girl/young lady.

The Security literally harassed me today ,threatening me to call the police on me or to leave the place ! Just for a complain , I made. SECURITY GUARDS doing too much , harrasing customers and delivery guys ,coming for mobile order. He made me really unconfortable!! Harrasing me in front of customers, just trying to ESCALATE any situation!! And telling to not come back in the store!! You won't see me again!! Rude staff.!!! Terrible managemnt!! RUDE PEOPLE!! On every litle mistake they will make , You the costumer ,will be the target.. Don't get fooled by the appearance, the way they look!!!!...

Easily the worst Wawa location in the United States of America. To start - the hot lunch items are not put out each day until after 1230, about an hour after their lunch rush comes through. The staff is unable to handle any of their responsibilities as they are understaffed and undertrained and focus half of their staff on fulfilling grubhub orders. I have began writing a review about 10 times this past year and stopped myself but it’s to the point that I am writing my first ever google review. The workers making the sandwiches are completely overwhelmed, and I understand why, however the way they snap on customers and curse and put all of the blame on the customers is astonishing to watch. Just today someone mentioned how it would help if they called out the sandwich numbers so we knew what was ready, the worker said to her counterpart “gosh I wish I had my taser”. A manager going there for one hour undercover would have to fire the entire location. Need gas? Go somewhere else. I waited 15 minutes last time before I got out and pumped my own gas as the gas attendant was sweeping two lanes that were closed off with cones. This location is in the heart of the industrial North Jersey with about 5 of the largest trucking companies in the country having nearby warehouses. I always come to this wawa and get the DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN COFFEE with oat milk. Everytime no matter who makes its on point. However tonite PETRA who actually as made this drink for me before and it’s been on point made it tonite and it was totally a different color and taste. I pointed it out and she got defensive and insisted it’s the oat milk making it lighter. I told her “but u have made this drink for me before and it’s darker and good”. She tells me she added extra shot which I didn’t even ask for cuz that is what she does so it takes like coffee. I asked her to make it again. She did and insisted she followed the recipe. Again looked like the one she made the first time. So my boyfriend went in and insisted it was wrong and Petra gave him so much attitude and then the manager Jamaal had to even get involved and made it a third time but didn’t take our side. But he made it correctly. But made it aggressively. So both Petra and Jamaal clearly were not putting the customers needs first. And what makes it worse is how Petra insisted she was right when in fact every time I have gone to this wawa different people make the drink and it looked nothing like the one Petra made.
