Firstly, I would like to say that I've never had an issue with this location until today.
I ordered a grilled cheese burrito on 6/21/25 and clearly requested it be vegetarian — no beef, just refried beans, with lettuce and tomato added. I confirmed this multiple times with the cashier, Edwin G, who said the burrito typically includes beef, beans, rice, and cheese. I repeated my request and he said the changes could be made.
When I received the burrito and took a bite, I was alarmed by the taste of bacon. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, so this was extremely distressing. I returned to the drive-thru and asked Edwin G (name in the receipt) if there were any other meats in the burrito. He recalled my order and confidently said no. I explained it tasted like bacon. He insisted there was none and said the taste might be from the red Fiesta strips. I repeated my concern and clarified this was a religious matter. Again, he assured me there was no bacon.
Still uneasy, I looked up the ingredients afterward and was horrified to confirm that bacon is indeed an ingredient in the grilled cheese burrito.
I returned again to inform Edwin. He casually asked if I wanted something else. I requested a bean and cheese burrito with lettuce and tomato, grilled. He agreed.
When I arrived at the window, I received the replacement burrito with no apology, no acknowledgment, and no empathy. I asked for a refund. Without a word, Edwin handed me two dollars and closed the window.
I left feeling disrespected and violated. I asked multiple times whether the burrito contained pork and was met with misinformation and indifference. I made it clear this was for religious reasons, yet there was no care or accountability shown.
This goes beyond a wrong order. It reflects a serious lack of respect for customer dietary needs and a failure in basic customer service. Edwin G showed no remorse, and his dismissive attitude worsened an already painful situation.
I urge you to take this seriously. Your staff must be trained to handle dietary concerns, especially those tied to religious or medical needs, with accuracy and care. At the very least, a sincere apology...
Read moreRude manager. Someone gave a woma the wrong order. I saw the lady take the box inside. Mind you I had been there waiting longer. Then two more cars parked and got their order before me. I saw a young girl come out and I asked if my order was ready and if by any chance the order that was returned was the one for me. She asked to see my ticket and she went "ohhh". I said "please make a new one if it is" as she walked back inside the building. 5 minutes later she comes out with my order. A minute later as I Cheked to make sure I got my order. The manager comes out and speaks to me from far away with a horrible attitude. I said excuse me if you can't hear me stop yelling and come a bit closer. A young guy was with her and he walked closer and said she wants you to go this is a reserved spot. I said of course I'm leaving I just got my order a minute ago can I put my seat belt on first? She kept on yelling saying you got to go. I said relax im leaving. As I'm moving out of the lot a big guy comes out and walks towards me very aggressive. First of all, I laughed because whats he going to do. I was out so he looked at me I stared back at him waiting perhaps he had something to say. Extremely rude place I am never...
Read moreShame, awful experience, at drive-thru, checked for items and one was missing, teller told me I didn't order it i even asked without tomatoes and he said it didn't come with them, I asked for receipt numerous timed so I could look at it and he would not give it to me basically took my receipt hostage. A superior came over and said I didn't order it so I said fine then order it and charge me for it. They sent me to the pick up area to wait. The other tacos were already cold not even warm. When he finally gave the new item to me and my original receipt there was another item I did not order on the receipt so he looked at me so disaprovingly. I went into the store to speak with manager, the second time they gave me the wrong item also. They had to do a refund on the items and charge the diference. I waited and waited and they forgot the order in the toaster and it burnt, this was the third time. In any case all 3 orders were just thrown away in the garbage by the manager. What a waste of time money and food that could of perfectly given to someone in need or to a shelter at the end of the night. And all could have been avoided if the guy didn't hold hostage my receipt. Shame on them it was a Monday not even...
