I’m sure the only thing that gives this lovely place negative reviews is the cancellation policy. It’s apparently extreme. Had my hair done twice there and left happy. Even then feeling uneasy about that cancellation policy and having to provide payment info upfront. Scheduled a nail appointment for $65, yes agreeing to the risk of getting charged but knowing there’s the “emergency clause”. I have 5 kids (ages 5mo-13yrs) to find childcare for- I get it, not your problem. The morning of my nail appt (this morning) I woke up to find every single one of my kids, including myself, had a fever, sore throats, itchy goopy watery eyes- likely pinkeye which is highly contagious. I gave them as much notice as possible- 5am, my appt was at 10a. I called- left a message, and emailed the contact information provided. Sucks but I wanted to also respect the place and not bring our germs but also no longer had childcare. Kari did call me back which was great but it was 30 min into my scheduled appt, after I had been notified about the $65 cancellation fee being charged to my acct 5 min into my appt. I asked about the emergency clause and was told that’s a “get in a car accident and end up in the hospital emergency”. I could even see charging half the appt because ultimately we both missed out. I do respect their time. But enjoy the easy $65 made at the expense of sick kids and a mom who’s went back and forth about treating herself to something nice for once and didn’t have much of a choice. You Should probably define what an “emergency” is in your policy. Or better yet, as most of you are moms yourself- lighten up a bit. I will unfortunately have to do business elsewhere as I don’t plan on getting into any car accidents but I would rather not risk losing money and will take my hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over the years (as we live in town) to another shop who’s a bit more understanding that realistic...

After not stepping into a salon after 2.5 years(bad experience in a completely different state) I was honestly so nervous, but the experience I had completely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, so fun, and full of the BEST vibes!!! Allie made me feel comfortable right away, and the level of care and attention to detail was UNMATCHED.

She truly went above and beyond not just with my service itself (full color and cut/style) but she also made the whole experience feel so special! Allie, Cheyanne(she’s HILARIOUS BTW) and the rest of the team at Bombshell Bling Salon give you an experience you won’t forget and will keep you coming back!!!

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this salon, I will be visiting Allie for as long as she continues to do hair! She helped me heal a part of myself that I didn’t even realize was holding on to that pst trauma. Her care, presence, and skill went far beyond just a haircut. It was truly a restorative experience, and I can’t thank her enough.
