We contacted them in regards to an electric issue that took them over 3 weeks to get the piece to fix our evaporate cooler. We had to continue to contact them because we heard nothing from them. Finally find out they got the part but the guy is going on vacation and won't be able to install for a week. We called to set up a time and the contact person was very rude, saying he was on vacation and would be there on thurs. but didn't show until fri. He was here for several hours and said job was done and working but it wasn't, when we contacted him he said he hadn't tried the motor to see if it was working, however this is what he was here for. Tried to contact him again and he won't answer phone or respond back. Don't use them they don't seem to know what they are doing. We had to call another company to come out and fix...

I've been using Ries for years. From small scale junction boxes to commercial expansion projects, they've done it all for us. They've always done their best in getting in here quick and the work is always done right the first time. We are a very safety driven company and only hire those that operate in the same fashion.
