Had a part put on hold, so I could pick it up after work, made it to the store from picked up what we needed, go to put it in the vehicle, and it's completely the wrong part. We call verify that they have the correct one in stock, when we explained they sold us the wrong part, the man on the phone responded with, "Yeah." So, we make the drive back to the store to get the correct part, and by the time we get home it is too dark to finish the work, so now the repair has to wait another day. They have a habit of selling the wrong parts, and making the customer make extra trips in. Only reason I went here was desperation. I won't be back, I will drive to Kellogg of Coeur...

When walking in two of the three working scurried to the back stock room the one was hunched over in front stocking hot wheels never bothered to ask if I needed help finding anything when I asked about bulbs and filter I was told look in the book so guess what I walked out went across the parking lot to Walmart where I was promptly helped out by a friendly employee and got what I needed in under 5 minutes and saved 15 bucks.
