If I could give him 5000 stars, I would. David was a godsend for our business. We had a complete computer crash, hard drive appeared to be beyond gone. David came (mind you, on the 4th of July weekend) to our place of business, confirmed things were bad but put us at ease and said he would do all he could to recover all of our client data. He took our computer with him, spent more of his holiday weekend doing what he could to restore our data and kept in touch with us the whole way. Today, he came back to our shop, installed a new computer/hard drive and ALL of our data which he was able to restore. To top it off, he was not trying to rake us over the coals with price. I am from Minot ND and I do all my business with Elite. I have taken my computer to Elite for the last 3 years or more and have not once been disappointed with them. This last time my whole computer was sent to Elite (David) and he saved ALL my pictures on it as my hard drive crashed. Than he sent my computer to Lenovo and had them fix the hard drive since it was under warranty, well they messed up and he took it upon himself to also deal with them to give me 6 months more warranty to make sure they did there job and things are good. Where will you find a good dealership like that for a computer store they are totally worth going to, I know I won't be taking it anywhere here in Minot, so going to Elite and having them take care of it is the only way.
