If you curious about CrossFit or you are a pro at it, this place is the one for you. I have been fortunate to have tried many CrossFits in different cities . Some bad , some great! but i feel there’s always a division between advance and new people at most CrossFit or gyms in general. KGB incorporates both worlds into a perfect class and environment. The coaches! are not only very knowledgeable about exercise and the body in general but the nicest, friendly, caring , thoughtful people I know. ALL OF THEM! They want you to do good , be safe , have fun , strong and feel at home. they can cheer you on as a coach or often they will be your work out buddy. And let me tell you ALL The members are the best humans , sooo supportive, friendly and there’s absolutely not ego or tense competition. Everyone support you and help you get thru the work out . The coaches and they are very humble , the rates are much lower making it doable for people to come. It’s really a dream CrossFit and has officially become my second home . Come try it and adopt a new family!
I love you KGB!!!...
Read moreCrossfit KGB was a great experience! I was in town for 2 weeks for vacation. I am normally a bootcamp person, but decided to try Crossfit KGB while I was away. Everyone there was amazing! Sam and Matt were excellent coaches and very patient with me. The owner Frank was also amazing! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am not a crossfitter by nature, but I do workout, so they were respectful of my abilities but also willing to guide me through the workouts. Most of all I felt very welcome as an outsider. I highly recommend joining if you live in the area, or if you are in town for a vacation. Great drop-in and punch ticket packages! Thank you so much,...

Rogue plates, okay barbells, rogue DBs and KBs, plus an amazing loft space with row and ski erg and a dozen assault and echo bikes. Coaches are very good and they follow Mayhem programming, which I like. Lots of long time members, a handful of fire breathers, and everyone is...
