Enjoyable and Knowledgeable. Mike was very polite and not only listened but shared information. One thing that impressed me was he didnt push something he had in stock if you were looking for something else. My first visit I expressed my interest in N gauge - he gave me a good bit of background, shared the sets he had in the shop. He told me about Kato and showed me the starter set he had. He wasn't pushy and told me about the set he had in and what was on order. He also told me about some he had coming in as well that he could order them, or other brands / sets. I did a bunch of research and indeed it was tip top. I returned a couple weeks later and he had others in that had arrived. Needless to say great purchase. We are so excited we found this train shop! Putting up trains every Christmas has been a family tradition for us for the past 14 years and this tradition has been past down from my husband’s great grandpa before! Mr. Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful especially since I came with just my boys, but my husband will definitely have to come next time. The selection of O Gauge trains and tracks is wonderful!
