The parking lot was full every time I was in town, so I figured we'd give it a shot. Unfortunately, it seems to be mainly locals only and they have their "regular". We waited to be seated, then sat waiting a good 15 mins before anyone even came to get our drink orders. I ordered a Club sandwich and fries, and my Mom ordered Potato Soup and a Cesar salad combo. My sandwich nor fries were edible. The cheese was fake American cheese product and the ham and turkey were also those cheap fake sandwich meats. The fries were all small, burnt ends that tasted like donuts. My Mom's salad was ok, nothing special and small in size. The bowl of Potato soup looked like grits and tasted sour. The only thing that tasted okay was the glass of Coca Cola, but it unfortunately sat empty most of my stay. At one point the server came over, asked how it was but before I could even respond she had slapped the "check" down and walked off. I went up the check to pay, and told her to he food was not edible. She gave me a perplexed look and asked why I hadn't said anything. I advised I tried to, but she walked away before I could even finish my sentence. She seemed annoyed with me, and I pointed that my plate of food was still sitting there. She took my portion off the bill, but we ended up paying $11 and change for a small side Cesar salad and a Coke. With all the options around the area, do yourself a favor and pick a different place. I do not recommend this...
Read moreRead morePositive - Fast service! but this is the first and last time visiting this location. I visited the one in River Ridge and it was a great experience, the manager sent me a message saying thank you because I recognized the excellent job of each employee there... but I can't say the same about this one. The waitress a blond lady (donut hair bun) was not friendly, I think she doesn't like hispanic people... her body language / facial expressions and the way she talked to me was not the best. This is the second time that I kindly request to add ketchup to my “club sandwich” and the staff is giving me a hard time. Is it too complicated to add ketchup to a sandwich that I am paying for? that's a simple action that can be done by the person making the sandwich. Plus when I got my sandwich came with a HAIR on my french fries! I just left the restaurant. They need to improve their customer service skills as soon as possible! Two minutes from this place you can find a Wendy's fast food where at least the drive thru lady is really kind and is showing a professional attitude. • UPDATE (01/30/2023) • --- both times I kindly requested the ketchup inside my sandwich not in packets on the table, the person who is making the sandwich can do it in less than 10 seconds. Pleasing your clients is part of a great...
Order was not correct but ate it anyway because I hate wasting food. I tipped 20% for my order to be taken, food delivered and recieved the check. As soon as the food was delivered, the waitress came by to see if we needed anything else and never returned; didn't come back to make sure our food was fine or refill drinks. She did continue to gossip with the other lady at the counter then learned how to count to 30 in spanish. When she took my payment, not once was I asked how the food was or if there were any issues. The butter was in a squeeze bottle (GROSS!!!!) and the syrup plopped out of the container and tasted terrible. The eggs tasted like the government eggs my grandma used to get; you had to add water and microwave those. The pancakes lacked flavor and the only thing that was decent was the bacon. Everything else, I took a few bites of and that was it. To the person maning the grill, eggs cooked with hard whites is not scrambled and the yolk stays runny. The hashbrowns should be soft in the middle and crunchy on top; not crunchy all around. Your pancakes are bland so follow the correct recipe otherwise you're just making cooked flour circles. Do not come to this location thinking you're going to get good food and great service like you have in the past. It ain't...
