Had a bad experience this morning with this company. Was sitting on a corner of an end table that I BOUGHT and a girl said, “that table’s not made to sit on”. I stood up and she abruptly picks up the table and brings in outside to load on a pickup truck. I followed her and said “Excuse me, that’s my table”. She nastily said, “I don’t think so”. I said “I’ll go inside and talk to someone, maybe there were 2 of them”. She replied, “Go for it!” My daughter and son in law are owners of an extremely successful estate sale company, and if their employees spoke to a customer like that (a 70 year old one at that), they would have been fired on the spot. This company is gonna have to have a really rare item to get me to buy again, but I doubt it…wasn’t worth the 50 minute drive. Also, the “antique dog collar” I bought is actually a belt.
